language etc. that you provide to us for the same purpose. We store these
pieces of information as required and as part of the rendering of the
services to you which require the same.

publicly on social media may be re-published on our site; for example,
through a widget. If you submit your personal information in a public
domain such as a mailing list, online forum, blog, wiki pages, issue
tracker or social media channels, we may store some of this information,
but we will only use it in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
However, these are publicly available channels, so we are not responsible

- Additionally, when you book
any accommodation under the Hotel Properties, we collect the information
like, Date(s) of Stay, Room Type(s), No. of Room(s) required, Guest
Details like name, age, gender, identity proof along with its number etc.
which are required for the same. We store this information to provide the
booking service.
Browsing Information
- When you visit our website,
we may collect and store the date, time and duration of your visit, your
web browser version, your OS version, the pages accessed and the referring
page, our server also may log your computer’s IP address. However, this
information is not linked to your personal information.
- When you use our app, we may
collect and store the date, time and duration of your usage, your OS
version (Android/iOS), your IP address may also get logged. However, these
information are not used to personally identify you nor they are shared
with any third party.
- We may also collect other
non-identifying statistical information concerning usage of our products
or our app, websites may be made available to the public.

Location Information
- We may collect Location
Information in the app to show certain location-based information in the
app like Tourist Places near your location, Tourism Attractions near your
location or information related to amenities like ATM, Bank, Rail Station,
Bus Station, Police Station etc. near your location or weather information
near your location.
- We ask for your permission
before collecting the location information in the app. Once, you agree to
share your location information and provide the confirmation, we may start
to collect the same in the app. However, no personally identifiable
information related to your location is collected.
- If you disagree to share
your location information, we do not collect it and the services dependent
on the location information may not work for you in that case.
What Data we don’t collect?
- When you make a payment on
the website or in the app, it is done in a secure payment gateway provided
by any third-party payment gateway provider.
- We do not store your Credit
/ Debit card / Net Banking / UPI details and personal information or bank
details. All transactions are carried out on the website/interface of the
Payment Gateway and are governed by the Payment Gateway’s own privacy
policy. The Payment Gateway does not share your financial information with
us.
- We are not collecting any
other information except the data specified in this privacy policy.
How these data are
collected?
- We collect personal
information that you provide to us directly when you fill in a
Registration form, Booking form, Contact form or Feedback form or email or
register with us directly or through Google, Facebook or any other media or
make a booking through the website.
- We only collect this
information when you provide it voluntarily or consent to us collecting
it.
- Information you share
