– Early Check-In & Check-Out is subject to availability and extra chargeable.
– Swimming Costumes are mandatory for Swimming Pool & Water park (Cotton or Mix cotton are not allowed in the Swimming Pool/Water Park).
– Guest Rooms:- The accommodation facility can be only availed only by the GUESTS REGISTERED . Facilities ,Supply, to be taken care by the Guest. Outside guests are only allowed in the public common area till 9.00 pm only.
– Your Liabilities:- We will hold you responsible for any damage or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident, or neglect. By booking with us you agree to indemnify us and to pay us on demand an amount reasonably required to make good or to rectify such damage or loss caused by you (Normal wear and tear are excluded).
– Please report any accidents or incidents to the management in connection with any sort of property.
– General Incapacity:- Management cannot be held liable if any of the following events or conditions prevents from fulfilling its commitments to the guests. However, the management will take necessary steps to minimize disruption and discomfort to guests under these conditions: Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage to and from the resort. Industrial actions, civil uprising Fire, wind, or any other force major event.
- As we have several guests, we request you to respect each other concerning cleanliness of the common areas and noise level. If we receive complaints, you will be informed & requested. Further complaints are subject to the TERMINATION OF STAY. We reserve the right to end a reservation if a guest becomes a disturbance / nuisance to others including management and the guest stay / staff.
– Please respect the privacy of other guests.
– The Management reserve the right to file case if property asset and staff abuse verbal and physical. No In-room / Outdoor Party Policy
– ELITE BEACH RESORT enforces no In-room / Outdoor Party Policy to ensure that we can always entertain and protect the property and our guests. In the event of disturbance request will be done politely to reduce noise. If the request is not entertained, the guest may be asked to leave the resort immediately and the advance and other applicable charges are subject to forfeit. Enjoy Your Stay with You.
- Outside drinks/liquor are not Allowed. Personal liquor in public area corkage charges are applicable. Personal liquor only allowed in room.
- Parking at your own risk.
- During times of heightened occupancy, check-in procedures may require additional time, and we graciously seek our esteemed guests’ understanding and kind cooperation with our team’s efforts.
Features and Service:
– Complimentary buffet breakfast at Elite Restaurant.
– Two bottles of 500 ml packaged drinking water daily.
– Room is WI-FI enabled and a password will be provided upon arrival.
– In room Tea / Coffeemaker.
– Housekeeping services are available.
– In-Room incase any Damage or lost it will be chargeable directly by guest.
– Doctor on call, Contact reception with applicable cost.
– Travel desk to cater your entire transportation request with applicable cost.
Important:
As per Govt. Regulation all the guests must carry valid government-approved photo ID proof with address details ( Aadhar Card, Drivers License, Passport) (No Pan Cards), Foreign nationals must produce valid visas and passports physically at reception.
GST Number is mandatory, we request you to give us your GST number before/during Check-in to avoid any Billing and Tax Discrepancies. Tax input credit cannot be availed if GST no is not provided, once the bill is printed due to E-Invoicing as GST norms modification is not possible and we would have to regret from our end for the inconvenience.
Terms and Conditions:
A credit card authorization or deposit must guarantee all confirmed reservations. Non-guaranteed bookings shall be automatically released and rooms will be provided on an availability basis.
Cancellation Policy:
90 Days Prior to Check in no Cancellation charges will not be Applicable. A reschedule voucher will be issued for your upcoming tour within three (3) month (except national holidays & holidays). Between 72 Hours to 07 Days Prior to the check in can reschedule within three (3) month in weekday only. Within 72 Hours Prior to the Check in Cancellation charges equal to 100% of the full Booking Amount will be Applicable and no reschedule can be made.
