1.3 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. IDENTIFICATION POLICY (MANDATORY)
2.1 Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.

2.2 Foreign nationals must provide:

3.1 Only registered guests are permitted to stay in rooms.
3.2 Visitors may be allowed in guest rooms only with prior permission from reception and valid ID verification.
3.3 Unregistered overnight stay of visitors is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Extra guest/extra mattress charges may apply.
4. PAYMENT POLICY
4.1 Full or partial advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.
4.2 Additional charges incurred during stay (food, beverages, room service, damages, laundry, etc.) must be settled before check-out.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
5.1 Cancellation charges may apply depending on booking type and cancellation timeline.
5.2 Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refund.

6. ROOM & HOTEL PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction to hotel property, furniture, equipment, linens, fixtures, electronics, or amenities caused due to negligence, misuse, carelessness, unauthorized handling, or intentional misconduct.
The hotel reserves the right to recover repair, replacement, restoration, or cleaning costs and may charge the amount to the guest account or payment method on file.
7. GUEST CONDUCT POLICY
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and peaceful conduct.
The following are prohibited:

❌ Dangerous or unlawful conduct
The management reserves the right to refuse service or request immediate departure without refund in cases of serious misconduct.
8. FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY
8.1 Outside food or beverages may be restricted as per hotel policy.
8.2 Food orders are subject to kitchen timings and availability.
8.3 Special dietary requests should be informed in advance.
9. SAFETY & VALUABLES
9.1 Guests are responsible for safeguarding personal valuables.
9.2 The hotel shall not be liable for loss of valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas.
9.3 Guests are advised to use available lockers/safe facilities where applicable.
10. PARKING POLICY
10.1 Parking is provided subject to availability.
10.2 Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
10.3 The hotel shall not be responsible for theft, loss, or vehicle damage due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. FACILITY & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Hotel services such as restaurant, banquet, room service, lift, Wi-Fi, and other facilities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, operational reasons, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The hotel shall not be held responsible for interruptions or inability to provide services due to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, power failure, strikes, pandemics, or events beyond management control.
13. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION
By staying with us or making a booking, guests agree to receive booking confirmations, service updates, feedback requests, and hospitality-related communication.
Guest information shall be handled responsibly and used for operational, legal, and guest service purposes.
14. RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
The management reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or service at its discretion in accordance with applicable laws and hotel policy.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By confirming a reservation, checking in, or using hotel services, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
